Dinastia Colorida (“Dinastia Colorida”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a construction company operating in Portugal and part of the Iceburg Group. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and applicable Portuguese data protection law, including Law No. 58/2019.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit this website, contact us, request a quote, or otherwise communicate with us about our construction, marine, dredging, fabrication and maintenance services.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Dinastia Colorida is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy matters at info@dinastiacolorida.com.

Dinastia Colorida is part of the Iceburg Group, whose parent company is Iceburg Contracting & General Maintenance Sole Proprietorship LLC (United Arab Emirates). We do not share personal data submitted through this website with group companies unless it is necessary to respond to your enquiry or to manage a project, and then only as described in section 5.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Identity and contact data — name, company, email address, telephone number and job title.
• Enquiry and project data — the service you are interested in, your message, project location, timeline and any other details you choose to provide.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, language preference and pages visited, typically through cookies or similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications — emails and other correspondence relating to your enquiry or business relationship with us.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website. Please do not include identity-document numbers, bank details or health information in the contact form.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

• To respond to your enquiry or quote request — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To manage client, consultant, supplier and candidate relationships — performance of a contract, pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interests.
• To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interests in keeping the site safe and functioning well.
• To use non-essential cookies and analytics, where enabled — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations — for example accounting, tax, health and safety, and regulatory requirements (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Marketing

We do not use website enquiries to send unsolicited marketing. If we wish to send you commercial communications in the future, we will do so only where permitted by law and you will be able to opt out at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with:

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Enquiry data is generally retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and longer where required by contract, accounting, tax or other legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
